A Vanilla- chocolate Princess in the garden cake, with butter icing and fondant gifts representing the age of the birthday girl Gouri on 20/05/2012. Thanks to her Mom for the her inputs on the design. Its really encouraging when someone puts in their trust in you and says "This is what I want". Just after this cake was picked up, there was an order for this very same cake after a week :)

Yummy Peanut Butter Cookies !!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar (or white)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients in a stand mixer or by using a hand mixer for 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl and mix again for 1 more minute.
- Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, press gently to flatten and set them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to allow the cookie dough to chill. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175-180 C).
- Once the oven is ready, remove cookies from the refrigerator and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove the cookies from the oven Allow the cookies to completely cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!

Eggless Custard Powder Cake
Ingredients
- All Purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
- Vanilla flavoured Custard Powder - 3/4 cup [or Cornflour]
- Baking powder - 2 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 1/2 tsp[if using cornflour]
- Butter - 150 gms, room temperature
- Milk - 1 cup
Method
- Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Use a wooden spoon and mix well.
- Add the milk and the butter and beat with the spoon until you get a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake at 180C for about 45 minutes - 60 minutes or till the cake is done and a skewer poked into the cake comes out clean.
** I baked 24 cupcakes with the above recipe
